Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

All Aisle & Ink products are digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping fees.

How you receive your files

• Right after checkout, your download link appears on the order confirmation page.
• The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
• Bundles (like The Complete Wedding Suite) include every file in the bundle under one order.

Didn't get the email?

Check your spam, junk or Promotions folder first. If it still isn't there after an hour, email kabirgulati435@gmail.com with your order number and we'll resend your files.

Keep a copy

Once downloaded, save your files to your computer or cloud storage (for example Google Drive). If you ever lose them, email us and we'll resend them.

Taxes

Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
