Terms of service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Overview
This website is operated by Aisle & Ink ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.
2. Our products
We sell digital planning templates: spreadsheets, fillable PDFs and editable design templates. Images on the site show the products as accurately as we can, but colors can look different on your screen or when printed. Software (such as Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers, PowerPoint, Keynote or a PDF reader) and printing are not included. Aisle & Ink is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Microsoft, Apple or Adobe.
3. Your license
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for one wedding or event. You may:
- edit and customize the files for that wedding or event;
- print as many copies as you need for that wedding or event;
- share your filled-in copy with your partner, family, wedding party and vendors for that wedding or event.
You may not:
- resell, give away, share or publish the original or edited template files;
- upload them to any marketplace, template site or file-sharing service;
- use them to plan weddings or events for paying clients without a professional license (email us to ask about one);
- claim the designs as your own.
All templates, designs, text and images remain the property of Aisle & Ink and are protected by copyright.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but a price change won't affect an order you've already paid for. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
5. Delivery and refunds
Files are delivered digitally as described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Planning tools, not professional advice
Our planners help you organize your own information. Budget figures, checklists and timelines are general guides and examples. You are responsible for your own decisions, contracts, payments and deadlines. Nothing we provide is financial, legal or professional event-planning advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or our products for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, to interfere with the site's security, or to scrape or copy the site's content.
8. Comments and feedback
If you send us ideas, feedback or reviews, you allow us to use them to improve our products and, for reviews, to display them on our site. We will never publish your name or photo without your permission.
9. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties (such as Shopify, payment processors and Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimer
Except as stated in our Refund Policy, our products and site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aisle & Ink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
12. Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to purchases made after that date.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
